Blackberry Tofu Dessert Recipe
- 225 gm Blackberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 1 pkt Hard silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1.
- If using frzn Blackberries allow to thaw completely, retaining a few for garnishing.
- 2.
- Combine all the ingredients and press through a sieve to remove the Blackberry seeds.
- (This is made easier if first processed in a liquidiser or possibly food processor).
- 3.
- Divide the mix between four dessert dishes and refrigeratefor up to 2 hrs.
- 4.
- Garnish with reserved Blackberries and serve.
