Extra Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked ham
- 1 1/2 pounds sliced potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 (10 oz) cans cheddar cheese soup
- Cut potatoes into about quarter inch thick slices.
- Chop onions or use frozen chopped onions
- Put potatoes in pot and add water (like for mashed potatoes) and let the potatoes boil for about 10 minutes.
- Also preheat oven at 350F
- Add those potatoes into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Then put cubed, cooked ham over top.
- Add chopped onions.
- And repeat steps as needed to finish ingredients
- Put cheddar cheese soup on top.
- I also threw some cheddar cheese on top and throughout the layers to make it extra cheesy.
- Throw it in the oven covered for about 30 minutes.
- And viola!
