Extra Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole

  1. Cut potatoes into about quarter inch thick slices.
  2. Chop onions or use frozen chopped onions
  3. Put potatoes in pot and add water (like for mashed potatoes) and let the potatoes boil for about 10 minutes.
  4. Also preheat oven at 350F
  5. Add those potatoes into a 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Then put cubed, cooked ham over top.
  7. Add chopped onions.
  8. And repeat steps as needed to finish ingredients
  9. Put cheddar cheese soup on top.
  10. I also threw some cheddar cheese on top and throughout the layers to make it extra cheesy.
  11. Throw it in the oven covered for about 30 minutes.
  12. And viola!
  13. Deliciousness!
