Pita Wedges With Herb Butter

  1. Combine butter, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl, stirring well.
  2. Split pita bread rounds in half to form 4 flat discs; spread each half with the herb butter.
  3. Cut each half into 6 wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 3 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Serve warm.
