French Vanilla Tiramisu
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened (1/2 of an 8 oz. block)
- 1 1/2 cups milk cold
- 1 pkg (3 oz) instant pudding mix vanilla flavor (4 serving size)
- 2 pkg (3 oz) lady fingers split
- 13 cup coffee brewed, cooled
- 2 cups whipped topping, prepared if frozen, thawed
- 1 ounce chocolate (semi-sweet) square, grated
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually all the milk, beating well after each addition.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat on low speed 1 minute or until well blended.
- Sprinkle cut sides of lady fingers with coffee; place half of the lady fingers on bottomo and up sides of a 1 1/2-quart serving or trifle bowl.
- Top with layers of half each of the pudding mixture, whipped topping and grated chocolate; cover with remaining lady fingers.
- Repeat layer of pudding mixture, whipped topping and grated chocolate.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.
- Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
