Squash Soup Recipe

  1. Dice, peel, and seed the butternut squash
  2. Dice and peel the carrots
  3. Cut the onions into parts
  4. Put all vegetables in a saucepan and fill with chicken broth until the vegetables are just covered
  5. Cook for about 40 minutes, until the vegetables are tender
  6. Blend all vegetables in a food processor
  7. Add salt and pepper
