Bagel Sandwich Recipe

- 1 Tbsp. minced pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. minced walnuts
- 1 tsp unsweetened pineapple or possibly orange juice
- 1 x sesame seed bagel halved, toasted
- Combine the cream cheese, raisins, dates, walnuts, and pineapple juice in a small bowl and mix well.
- Spread the filling on the toasted bagel halves and serve.
