Classic Fettuccini Alfredo
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 18 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 ounces fettuccine-style brown rice pasta
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- In saucepan, melt butter medium.
- Add garlic, cream, pepper, & salt, and bring to simmer.
- Do not allow to boil.
- Add cheese & simmer 8 minutes until thickened.
- Bring 5 qts water to boil.
- Add pasta.
- Cook paste per package directions & drain.
- Spoon pasta onto individual.
- Pour sauce over each and top with shredded parmesan.
