Classic Fettuccini Alfredo

  1. In saucepan, melt butter medium.
  2. Add garlic, cream, pepper, & salt, and bring to simmer.
  3. Do not allow to boil.
  4. Add cheese & simmer 8 minutes until thickened.
  5. Bring 5 qts water to boil.
  6. Add pasta.
  7. Cook paste per package directions & drain.
  8. Spoon pasta onto individual.
  9. Pour sauce over each and top with shredded parmesan.
