Avocado Stuffed Rainbow Trout Recipe
- 4 x Rainbow trout cleaned and gutted Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Ripe avocado pear, peeled and minced
- 1/2 x Lime, juice of
- 2 ounce Minced pistachio nuts
- 1 Tbsp. Clear honey
- 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 2 ounce Cooked white rice
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh coriander Salt and black pepper Lime slices Coriander leaves
- Wash and prepare the trout.
- Mix all the ingredients together to create a moist stuffing.
- Fill the inside of the trout with the stuffing, make sure all gaps are well packed.
- Brush extra virgin olive oil over the fish and bake in a moderate oven for 20 to 25 min.
