Kraft Chicken With Tomatoes & Feta
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 14 cup kraft Greek salad dressing
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 12 cup athenos crumbled feta cheese with dried basil and tomato
- for garlic lovers add 1 minced garlic clove with the tomatoes
- HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cover.
- Cook 10 to 14 minute or until chicken is done (165 degrees F), turning after 6 minute Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- ADD tomatoes, dressing and lemons to onions in skillet; cook 4 minute or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- RETURN chicken to skillet.
- Spoon sauce over chicken.
- Cook 1 minute or until chicken is heated through; top with cheese.
