Mush Rolls
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 14 ounces yeast
- 7 cups flour
- mix boiling water and corn meal
- let cool.
- add sugar
- and salt
- and enough flour to make a batter
- add yeast
- beat 5 minutes
- add more flour to make a soft dough
- let rise 1 /12 hours i would let rise until at least double
- make into rolls let rise again until double
- bake 374
- 20 -25 minutes.
