Blackberry cobbler
- 2 1/2 cup Fresh blackberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Melted butter
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Wash blackberries, pour the cup of sugar over them.
- After about 20 minutes it should be ready.
- If not wait til it turns to fruit syrup.
- Mix all other ingredients together.
- Place in an 8 x 8 baking .
- Drop spoon fulls of blackberries over batter.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes.
- Or until crust turns golden brown.
