Marinated Pork Tenderloin With Bourbon
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup Bourbon
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 18 cup water
- 18 cup canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- Rinse tenderloin and pat dry.
- Combine all ingredient in a large zip-lock plastic bag.
- Seal and chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade and grill.
- over indirect heat until meat reachs an internal temperature of 150 degrees, approximately 50 minutes.
