Spicy Cheese Grits Souffle
- 8 cups boiling water
- 2 cups instant grits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with garlic and herbs, softened
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Cook grits in water with salt until tender but not dry.
- Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for one hour.
