Rum Cream Trifle Recipe

  1. Boil till thick, stirring constantly.
  2. Pour rum over raisins and almonds.
  3. Let stand several hrs.
  4. Prepare pudding, cold.
  5. Blend in whipped cream.
  6. Line glass bowl with ladyfingers split - layer pudding, raisin mix, ladyfingers.
  7. Top with additional whipped cream if you like.
  8. Serves: 8 to 10.
