Rum Cream Trifle Recipe
- 1/2 c. dark rum
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. golden brown raisins
- 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- Ladyfingers
- Boil till thick, stirring constantly.
- Pour rum over raisins and almonds.
- Let stand several hrs.
- Prepare pudding, cold.
- Blend in whipped cream.
- Line glass bowl with ladyfingers split - layer pudding, raisin mix, ladyfingers.
- Top with additional whipped cream if you like.
- Serves: 8 to 10.
