Ottoman Fish

  1. Place egg in a bowl.
  2. Combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip fish in egg then flour to coat.
  4. Place on a baking rack.
  5. Chill 20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, puree the walnuts, oil, spinach lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet.
  8. Add fish.
  9. Saute 3 minutes each side.
  10. Top with sauce.
