Caramelized Steaks
- 2 16oz Steaks
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 1/2 tbsp Course Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tbsp Fine Pink Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Season Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Turbinado Sugar
- 1 tbsp Adobo Powder (w/pepper)
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tbsp Meat Tenderizer
- 1 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1 stick Butter
- 6 clove Garlic minced
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- coat steaks with olive oil then add steakhouse blend & let sit
- after the steaks have sat for about 15-30 minutes begin to cut the butter into slices & start melting in a pan with the minced garlic on low
- after the butter has been melted for 10-15 minutes start grilling the steaks & add the brown sugar to the butter as it continues to cook down on low
- once there is a good sear on each side of the steaks paint the butter sauce on the steaks making sure to do both sides, doing this will add moisture, tenderness & caramelization to your steak
