Sausage Caprese Bites
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 6 whole Chicken Sausage Links, Sliced (20-30 Slices)
- 1 pint Grape Tomatoes
- 2 cups Marinated Mini Bocconcini (20-30)
- 5 whole Sun Dried Tomatoes, Cut Into Small Pieces (20-30)
- 1/4 cups Pesto
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken sausage and saute until caramelized.
- Remove from heat.
- Using toothpicks, thread on a grape tomato, bocconcini, sun dried tomato, and chicken sausage.
- Place on a platter and drizzle with pesto.
