Crock Pot Beans Recipe
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 med. onions
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 (16 ounce.) can green lima beans
- 1 (16 ounce.) can dark red kidney beans
- 1 (28 ounce.) can pork & beans
- 2 (15 ounce.) cans Great Northern beans
- Fry bacon till crisp.
- Remove from pan and crumble.
- Add in onions, mustard, sugar, garlic, vinegar, and salt to bacon drippings.
- Cover and simmer for 20 min.
- Drain all beans, except pork & beans, and place all beans in crock pot.
- Add in bacon and bacon drippings sauce to beans in crock pot.
- Mix well and cook for 2 hrs on medium.
