Nutella cakes
- 397 gram condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 150 gram self-raising flour
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 1 tsp butter
- 200 gram soft butter
- 200 gram powdered sugar
- 200 gram Nutella
- 3 tbsp cream or milk
- FOR THE CAKE: Melt the chocolate together with the butter.
- Stir on low heat until you have a good chocolate sauce.
- Put all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl.
- Mix for 5 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 180 celsius and cover a square bakingform with bakingpaper.
- Pour the mixture in to the bakingform.
- Bake the cake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven or until done.
- Slice through half and in squares.
- Let it cool down completely before making the frosting.
- Mix the butter until fluffy and add little by little the powdered sugar.
- Mix in the rest for the frosting with a pinch of salt.
- Decorate them to your liking
- I added a hazelnut on top, but this is optional.
