Cheddar Ranch Chicken Sandwich
- 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- Cookies Seasoning Salt, Or Seasoning Of Your Choice
- 2 Tablespoons Butter (just Enought To Spread On Buns)
- 4 whole Sandwich Buns (any Kind Will Work)
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
- Take your chicken and pound them out until they are somewhat thin.
- If you have large chicken breasts, you might want to cut them in half lengthwise before cooking them.
- Season them up with Cookies Seasoning Salt or the seasoning of your choice.
- Put them on the grill until they are done but yet still nice and juicy, about 10 minutes or so.
- Butter both the top and bottom of the buns and stick them in a hot skillet to brown.
- Once the butter side is browned, turn them over.
- Put on a piece of cheddar cheese, top with your chicken and heat until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Next take about a tablespoon of ranch dressing (more or less depending on your liking) and spread on the other side of the bun and put on top of your chicken.
- Voila!
