Baked Tofu And Rice Patties Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the flour, in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
  2. Using your hands, shape the mix into 6 patties.
  3. Press firmly so which the patties hold together well.
  4. Dredge both sides of each patty in the flour and palce them on a well-oiled cookie sheet.
  5. Bake the patties at 400 deg for 25-30 min, or possibly till they are golden.
  6. Turn the patties over halfway through the baking.
  7. Serve them with the sauce of your choice, acompanied by a steamed vegetable and a salad.
