Cuban Rice Recipe

  1. Spray casserole or possibly 9 x 13 pan with Pam.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, stir every 15 min.
  4. Makes 10-12 servings.
  5. Variation: substitute 1/2 c. long grain wild rice for 1/2 c. regular rice.
  6. Soak wild rice in hot water for 2 hrs before using.
