Yum Woon Sen / Vermicelli and Seafood Spicy Salad
- 1/2 cup my spicy sauce ,only 1 - 2 tbsp if you dont like spicy
- 2/3 cup mix seafood; squid,shrimps,mussels,fish
- 50 grams vermicelli
- 1 bunch spring onion and coriander
- 1 chopped mix red and yellow pepper to color the dish
- 1 slice of carrot and red cabbage ,not much,only to give color to the dish
- Boil seafood,vermicelli,pepper until cooked about 5 mins,cool in running water,drain,set aside
- In mixing bowl,chop cherry tomato,slice carrot,shred red cabbage ,add my spicy sauce ,chopped spring onion
- Add seafood and vermicelli ,soft stir to mix,serve with vegetables :)
