Gyros (greek meat fry)

  1. Combine all spices.
  2. Remove undesired fat from meat and cut up into stripes about 1/4" thick and 2-3" long.
  3. Put into a bowl with a cover.
  4. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning and oil to meat and mix until all meat is coated.
  5. Cover bowl and let marinate for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.
  6. Stir every once in a while.
  7. Fry up on medium heat.
  8. Use in different gyros dishes.
