Salmon With Curried Orange Sauce

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer's directions.
  2. Stir together ketchup, marmalade, soy sauce, mustard, honey, and curry powder in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Coat fillets with grilling spray.
  4. Place flesh side down on grill grate.
  5. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until fillets can be lifted easily off grill without sticking to grate.
  6. Turn over with skin side down and cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with fork (145F).
  7. Transfer fillets to serving platter.
  8. Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over each fillet.
  9. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
