Flamenco Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Mix mayo, dressing and lemon juice in large bowl.
  4. Add potatoes, lemon zest, tomatoes, onions and parsley; mix lightly.
  5. Top with remaining ingredients.
