Dumpling Steak

  1. Mix the meat with the onions and tomatoes.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Form the ground beef into a large round dumpling and set it in a well-greased casserole.
  4. Dot the top of the dumpling with specks of butter.
  5. Bake at 400F for 1 hour.
  6. Decorate the finished dumpling with the tomatoe wedges, parsley, and onion rings.
