Mincemeat Squares Recipe

• 3 Large eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 can One Pie mincemeat (or possibly equivalent)
• 1 c. minced nut meats
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Cream Large eggs and sugar.
2. Add in flour, baking pwdr, then mincemeat and nut meats.
3. Add in vanilla.
4. Pour batter into 9 x 12 inch pan.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven about 25 min.
6. Cut into squares and roll in powdered sugar while still hot, or possibly frost.
