Delicious Chinese Dumpling Soup
- 8 -10 cups water
- 1 lb chicken bone
- 14 cup condensed chicken broth
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 12 cups napa cabbage, chopped
- 34 lb shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- Put water in a big pot, bring to a boil then add the chicken bones, boil chicken bones for 1 hour.
- (I put the chicken bones in a netting so there is less mess) Remove the chicken bones from the pot.
- Add the soy sauce and chicken broth.
- Add all the vegetables and let it cook for 20 minute Then add the cooked dumplings or you can make homemade ones.
