Bolo de Rulao aka Semolina Cake..
- 2 cup Semolina
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Rose Water
- 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts
- 1 tbsp Chopped Cherry
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 tbsp Milk or as needed
- Blend butter and sugar.. Now add eggs..whisk till make foam n bubbles.
- Another bowl mix semolina with baking powder.
- Now semolina mix with egg mixture.
- Blend well.
- It should not be lumps.
- If need mix milk with spoon.
- Add rose water and desiccated coconut.
- Now grease the baking bowl.
- Pour semolina mixture in layer.. Now Sprinkle nuts n cherry.. Again pour mixture.. Again nuts..
- This way pour whole mixture.
- Bake 30-40 min in oven.
- After 30 min..
- Check with knife.
- If it comes out clean.. Its done..
- If u need more than bake again for 10 min.
