Taisen's easy week night pizza
- 1 loaf of french bread or 1 bag of sub rolls
- 1 to 2 jars or cans of pizza sauce
- 4 cup shreaded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packages pepperoni if desired
- 1 packages of sausage crumbled and cooked if desired
- 1 small tomato if desired
- 1 small onion, chopped if desired
- 1 can black olives pitted and chopped if desired
- 1 any other toppings you like
- Cook your sausage and anything else that needs it.
- Hamburger etc .
- Drain and put in a bowl or use it from the pan
- Slice any toppings that need it.
- Slice your bread in half if using the sub rolls.
- If your using the loaf, slice that into the length you want first then in half.
- Pre heat oven to 350 or you can use it on broil if you like.
- Spread the sauce on the bread.
- Add cheese then toppings
- Take a cookie sheet and either use a little bit of olive oil or use tin foil to cover the cookie sheet.
- I used foil.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and the toppings are a little crisp
- When you bake it you can do this on the bottom rack for the first few minutes to get the bread done more before getting the toppings finished cooking.
- Watch so you don't burn the bread.
- I left mine in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes
