Garlicky Shrimp Veggy Pasta

  1. Cook pasta accordingly.
  2. In a medium pan, heat 1 tbs olive oil.
  3. Add veggies and cook on low heat until tender.
  4. Add garlic powder, S&P and pressed garlic.
  5. Stir occasionally until everything is well mixed and add shrimps.
  6. When pasta is ready, drain.
  7. Add veggies and shrimp to pasta.
  8. Mix well, cover and cook for about 10 minutes in low heat.
  9. Sprinkle with more salt, if desired.
  10. Add remaining oil and fresh parsley.
  11. Serve warm of cold.
