Peanut Butter Bon Bons Recipe
- 1 (28 ounce.) pkg. Eagle Brand chocolate flavored candy coating
- 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 c. soft butter
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- In large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt till fluffy.
- Gradually beat in condensed sweetened lowfat milk, then powdered sugar till smooth.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place on baking sheets.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- With toothpick dip each ball into melted candy coating, let excess drip off.
- Place on wax paper on baking sheets; let stand till hard.
- Chill or possibly store covered at room temperature.
- May be frzn.
- 12 1/2 dozen.
