Herbed Meatloaf

  1. In large bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk.
  2. Stir in onion, celery, garlic, egg, parsley, sweet pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt; mix well.
  3. Add beef; mix just until combined (do not overmix).
  4. Pack mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour.
  6. Drain off excess fat.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into thick slices to serve.
