Vickys 'Other' Avocado Yogurt, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Throw the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Easy!
  3. Great for a fast breakfast and packed full of fruit for a healthy start or snack
  4. Using frozen fruit means there's no need to chill.
  5. If you have leftovers, stir in some lemon juice to keep the colour nice.
  6. It gives an added yogurty tang too
  7. Makes 500mls/2 cups.
  8. I classed it as 4 kid sized portions as I make it for Jack
