Hummus Veggie Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together hummus and 1/2 cup ricotta cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread evenly over pizza dough and add broccoli florets, corn, zucchini, and red onion.
  4. Give it a few grinds of salt and pepper.
  5. Drop remaining ricotta cheese over pizza.
  6. Transfer pizza to oven (I baked mine on a pizza stone) and bake for about 20 minutes, or until pizza appears done.
  7. Let cool a bit and slice and eat.
