Heidi's Savoury Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients
  3. Start mixing ingredients together, adding drizzles of evoo as you go.
  4. You don't need too much of the oil.
  5. Once the muffin batter is fully mixed thru with no dry flour left, it should look like this.
  6. Spoon into a greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 mins
  7. Serve warm with a hearty soup, really good with my smokey pumpkin soup.
  8. Cut in half and smother in butter
