Grilled Watermelon Salad

  1. Cut seedless watermelon into 4 (6-inch-long, 1-inch-thick) slices.
  2. Brush 1 side with oil and grill over high heat, undisturbed, until seared, about 4 minutes.
  3. Mix olive oil, lime juice, finely grated lime zest, and salt.
  4. Toss sliced cucumber in dressing; serve on grilled watermelon with crumbled Feta.
