Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
- 2 lbs. peanut butter (chunky or possibly smooth)
- 3 lbs. confectioners' sugar
- 1 pound butter butter, room temp.
- 3 (12 ounce.) Packages chocolate chips
- 3/4 of a bar of paraffin wax
- Wax paper to set the balls on after dipping

- Heat your wax and both bags of chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- While this is melting begin with the following.

- Mix the first 3 ingredients above making sure your butter is at room temperature.
- The mix mixes better if you use your hands.
- Blending thoroughly till smooth, start forming reasonable size balls.
- Once you have made up a good size plate full you can begin dipping them in your melted chocolate.
