Miss Smith

• Ice
• 2 ounces bourbon, preferably Maker's Mark
• 1 ounce apfelkorn (German apple schnapps)
• 1 ounce apple juice
• 1 apple slice

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the apple slice and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice.
