Tarragon-Vanilla Salad Dressing

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  2. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and/or lemon juice.
  3. Refrigerate until needed.
  4. The flavor improves on standing.
  5. The dressing will keep for up to a week.
  6. Yield: About 2 1/2 cups.
