Japanese Ume Dressing
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted lightly
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 -2 tablespoon minced umeboshi or 1 -2 tablespoon neri-ume (comes in a little squirt bottle)
- 12 cup oil
- 14 cup rice vinegar or 14 cup ume vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice or 1 12 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Puree and chill.
