Slow Cooked Meat and Potato Casserole

  1. In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add half of the onions, the soup, milk and pepper; mix well.
  4. Spray 3-1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Layer potatoes and green beans in sprayed slow cooker.
  6. Top with beef mixture; spread evenly.
  7. Cover; cook on Low setting 6 to 7 hours.
  8. Top with remaining half of the onions before serving.
