No Draining Needed Delicious Iri-Dofu (Scrambled Tofu) without Meat

  1. Crumble the tofu with your hands and add to a frying pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat and evaporate off the water.
  3. In the mean time, julienne the carrot and shiitake mushrooms.
  4. When the water from the tofu has evaporated, add the carrot and shiitake mushrooms.
  5. When the carrot becomes soft and wilted, add the A ingredients in the listed order.
  6. Swirl in sesame oil at the end.
  7. Garnish with green onions, and done.
