English Toffee Dessert

• 34 cup sugar
• 12 cup whipping cream
• 14 cup light corn syrup
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 12 cup Heath candy bar, broken
• 2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled
• sour cream

1. Combing first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
2. Boil for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat; stir in candy and cool.
4. Serve sauce over strawberries topped with sour cream.
