Breakfast Sausage Casserole Recipe
- 1 c. hash browns (frzn right from pkg.)
- 1 pound bulk sausage (browned and liquid removed)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 c. processed American cheese (cubed)
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- Bread crumbs
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, Large eggs and processed cheese.
- Mix with hash browns and browned and liquid removed sausage.
- Put mix in greased flat 7x10 inch casserole.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees, 30 to 40 min.
- Serves 6.
- This casserole may be made the night before and refrigerated.
- Then baked the morning it is to be served.
