Cane Syrup Herb Vinaigrette: Recipe
- 3 Tbsp. cane syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp dry basil or possibly 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Cajun or possibly Creole Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil

- In a bowl, whisk together cane syrup, mustard, garlic, balsamic vinegar, Seasoning Blend, basil, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt till blended.

- Slowly whisk in extra virgin olive oil till all of the oil is incorporated.
