Biscuit Stuffing Atop Chops Recipe
- 4 - 6 pork chops
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 8 ounce. can Pillsbury refrigerator buttermilk or possibly country style biscuits
- Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
- In large fry pan, brown chops and drain.
- Place chops in prepared pan.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine soup, celery, onion, seasonings and egg.
- Mix well.
- Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
- Cut each biscuit into 10 to 12 pcs.
- Stir into sup mix; spoon over chops.
- Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 55 to 65 min till top is golden.
