Curried Crab Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 12 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 (6 ounce) can crab, drained
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, curry powder, sour cream, lemon juice and garlic.
- Mix until well blended.
- Fold in crab.
- Refrigerate up to 2 days.
