Pickled Pigs' Feet Recipe

  1. Clean feet thoroughly.
  2. Leave whole or possibly split lengthwise into halves.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients in kettle.
  4. Bring to boil, and simmer, covered, till tender.
  5. Cold.
  6. Pack into stone or possibly glass jar.
  7. Strain liquid into it and chill.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
